Planning-model disclaimer

Fire behavior and spread results from Mitigation That Matters are planning estimates built from public weather, fuels and terrain data. They are not incident forecasts, official fire-behavior products, or a substitute for licensed engineering, insurance, or emergency-management judgment. Conditions on the ground must be verified in the field.

In an emergency, follow official evacuation orders.
